STR Turnover Cleaning

Kitchen Reset

  • Wash and put away all dishes (including those left in sink or dishwasher).

  • Sanitize sink, faucet, and counters.

  • Wipe and sanitize exterior of all appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc.).

  • Wipe cabinet doors, handles, and backsplash.

  • Check inside microwave, toaster, and coffee pot; clean as needed.

  • Replace trash bag, wipe trash bin interior, and sanitize lid/handles.

  • Sweep and mop kitchen floor.

  • Restock paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher pods (host-provided).

Linen & Laundry

  • Strip all used beds and bathrooms of linens and towels.

  • Wash, dry, fold, and replace linens (sheets, pillowcases, duvets, towels, washcloths, kitchen towels).

  • Make all beds with fresh linens, tucked and staged neatly (hotel-style presentation).

  • Place extra blankets, pillows, or towels as directed by host.

Bedrooms

  • Strip and replace linens with freshly laundered sets.

  • Vacuum carpets and rugs (edge vacuum if time permits).

  • Dust surfaces: nightstands, dressers, lamps, décor, and window sills.

  • Wipe mirrors and glass.

  • Check under bed for left items; remove debris.

  • Stage pillows and throws neatly.

  • Empty trash bins, sanitize, and re-line.

Bathrooms

  • Remove used towels; replace with clean, neatly folded ones.

  • Sanitize and polish sink, faucet, and counters.

  • Scrub toilet inside and out, including base and hinges.

  • Scrub and sanitize tub/shower walls, floor, glass doors, and fixtures.

  • Wipe and polish mirrors streak-free.

  • Restock toilet paper and toiletries (host-provided).

  • Empty trash, replace liner, and disinfect bin.

  • Sweep and mop floors.

  • Dust furniture, décor, blinds, and window sills.

  • Wipe coffee tables, dining tables, chairs, and surfaces.

  • Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture.

  • Straighten and stage cushions, throws, and décor.

  • Clean interior glass (patio doors, mirrors, accent windows).

  • Empty trash bins, sanitize, and re-line.

Final Guest-Ready Touches

  • Adjust blinds/curtains, turn off/on lights as instructed.

  • Reset thermostat per host request.

  • Light air freshener mist for a clean scent (unless host specifies unscented).

  • Leave welcome items (water, snacks, toiletries) if supplied by host.

  • Perform final walk-through to ensure all areas are staged and spotless.

Floors (Whole Home)

  • Vacuum all carpeted areas and rugs (including under furniture where possible).

  • Sweep and mop all hard floors (tile, LVP, wood).

Trash & Sanitation

  • Remove all trash from interior bins.

  • Take trash to designated exterior bins/dumpsters.

  • Wipe and sanitize trash containers throughout property.

We believe in clear, upfront pricing — no hidden fees, no surprises.

Standard Turnovers (per cleaning):

  • 2 Bed / 2 Bath → $125

  • 3 Bed / 2 Bath → $145

  • 4 Bed / 3 Bath → $165

  • 4 Bed / 3.5 Bath → $175

Larger Homes:

  • Each additional bedroom → +$20

  • Each additional bathroom → +$15

Discounts:

  • New Clients: 20% off your first cleaning at each property.

  • High-Turnover Hosts: If your property needs cleaning 4+ times in one week, your 4th cleaning is 15% off.

Optional add-ons (like fridge, oven, carpets, or windows) are available at clear flat rates so you can build the exact turnover service you need.
