General Areas
Dust reachable horizontal surfaces (tables, shelves, décor, window sills).
Remove cobwebs (within reach of 6 ft extension wand).
Vacuum carpets and rugs.
Sweep and mop hard floors.
Wipe light switches and doorknobs.
Empty trash bins and reline.
Bedrooms (up to 3)
Additional bathrooms will be charged at À La Carte prices
Light dust headboards, nightstands, and décor.
Vacuum exposed floor and perimeter under bed (if clear).
Straighten bedding (no linen change).
Kitchen
Rinse, scrub, and polish sink and faucet.
Wipe and sanitize countertops.
Spot-clean appliance exteriors (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, range).
Shake out and replace rugs/mats if machine washable.
Empty trash and disinfect lid/foot pedal.
Bathrooms (up to 2)

Wipe and disinfect vanity top, sink bowl, faucet, and mirror.
Clean toilet exterior and sanitize interior.
Spot-clean tub/shower ledge or glass.
Replace 1 roll of toilet tissue (if stocked).
